I understand alcohol is strictly prohibited. Choices reserves the right to end an event at any time if deemed unruly, inappropriate, hazardous, or in violation of venue rules.

I understand Choices is not responsible for any lost, broken, or damaged items that myself or those I invite to the center may incur during my event.

I understand I am responsible for setup and clean-up. Disposal of all decorations, food, drinks, and trash should be completed directly after the conclusion of event. Start time and end time will need to include your setup and clean-up.

I understand there is a 40 person maximum capacity.

I understand that I cannot attach anything to the walls that will cause damage to the walls; such as but not limited to push pins, nails, tape that will remove the paint when removed. Nothing can be attached or covering the televisions.
