Cancellation Policy

For your scheduled appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the check-in process. If you have proof of pregnancy from a doctor’s office, please bring it with you. If not, we will provide a complimentary pregnancy test upon arrival. A limited obstetric ultrasound will be performed to confirm pregnancy, detect fetal heart motion, determine fetal age, and estimate your due date. Please note that ultrasound services are not available for pregnancies beyond 20 weeks. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
